June 25, 2007 – Please note that the Cadet Men’s race start has been moved to 8:20 am and 50 minutes. Cadet males will now race with Senior 4 and Master 3 males. All women’s races start at 9:25am and are 50 minutes in duration.

The upgrades allowed: M1 to S1-2, M2 to S3, M2 to M1, M3 to M2. S3W to S1-2W, MW to SW.
