January 31, 2007 – The Icebike 9 event presented by Winnipeg’s Woodcock Cycleworks and scheduled for this Sunday, February 4 at The Forks has been cancelled due to an extreme cold forecast. Environment Canada is forecasting a high temperature of -23 Celsius for the area on Sunday. The event will not be rescheduled.
