Houle Signs with Ag2r-La Mondiale

November 15, 2012 – Canadian rider, Hugo Houle (SpiderTech p/b C10 in 2012) has signed with Ag2r-La Mondiale, a French-based WorldTour team, according to a report on the French Cyclism’Actu website.

Houle distinguished himself as as a promising young cyclist after his ITT win at the Canadian nationals, his stellar 4th place finish in the U23 Men’s RR and 13th in the U23 Men’s  ITT at the 2012 Road Worlds. He also finished second overall at this year’s Tour de Beauce and was among those honoured at the FQSC’s awards ceremony in Victoriaville on November 11.

Meanwhile, former team mate Simon Lambert-Lemay will be pursuing studies in osteopathy in 2013, putting his racing career on hold according to Veloptimum.
