May 3, 2003 ( Hackettstown, NJ) – The 4th and final event of the 2003 Heritage Tour ended last evening in Aiken, South Carolina with Navigators' Henk Vogels taking the win over Chris Horner (Saturn). The 50-mile criterium was covered in 1:40.25 and culminated with the two strong men out in front in a 2-up breakaway. Third place, Jacob Erker (Schroeder Iron) finished 30-seconds back. The week of  criterium racing moves to Shelby, North Carolina and then back to Georgia  for the final two events of the week.
