September 10, 2004 – Nature and Scope: Hardwood Hills NCC is looking to
hire a coach to work on a contractual basis with our DEVO team. The DEVO
team is a youth development squad for youth from 13-18 years of age,
additional details available at www.hardwoodhills.ca. As a member of the
Coaching Network, the coach must be willing and posses the following:

– Meet with athletes a minimum of four times per month on Weekends and
Wednesday nights.
– Provide monthly training programs for athletes.
– Adhere to all the policies and procedures of the program.
– To travel at own expenses to various races in Ontario.
– NCCP Level One-Mountain Biking
– Previous race experience
– Experience with training programs.
– Access to a computer and the internet.

Location: Barrie, Ontario. Compensation: Contractual wage based on the
number of athletes.
