October 18, 2006 (Mequon, WI) — Hayes Bicycle Group, supplier of Hayes Disc Brakes and Sun Ringle wheelgoods has chosen Norco Products Ltd. as the exclusive distributor for Hayes Disc Brake products in Canada beginning Jan 1, 2007.

Beginning on January 1, 2007, Norco will be handling all sales, customer service and warranty for the Canadian bicycle market.

Norco has been a great supporter of the Hayes brand on the OEM side for 7 years. They have also been a distributor for SUN Ringle products for 10 years.

Outdoor Gear Canada (OGC) will continue to sell and service products until Dec 31, 2006. They have been the distributor for Hayes products since 1998.

Hayes Bicycle Group consists of Hayes Disc Brakes and Sun Components. The Sun brands were acquired in June 2005. The company now serves customers in more than 50 countries with warehouses in the U.S., Europe and Asia.
