October 20, 2013 (Rochester NY) – Canada’s Raphael Gagne (Rocky Mountain Factory) made it 2-for-2 in Rochester, NY, as he topped the Elite Men’s podium on Day 2 at the UCI C2 Full Moon Vista Ellison Park Cyclocross. Fellow Canuck, Evan McNeely (Norco Factory Team) battled to third behind Cameron Dodge (Scott) in second while veteran Canadian and former CX national champ, Mike Garrigan (Van Dessel), took fourth.

In the Elite Women’s race Natasha Elliott (Rare Vos Racing-Stevens) was on the podium for another bronze-place finish as Laura Van Gilder (Mellow Mushroom/Van Dessel) won again followed by Maureen Bruno Roy (Bob’s Red Mill-Seven Cycles) in second.
