October 20, 2013 (Rochester NY) – Canada’s Raphael Gagne (Rocky Mountain Factory) took the victory in the Elite Men’s race on Day 1 of the UCI C2 Full Moon Vista Ellison Park Cyclocross in Rochester, NY on Saturday while fellow Canuck, Natasha Elliott (Rare Vos Racing-Stevens), landed on the podium in the Elite Women’s race in third.
