February 18, 2014 (Ville St. Laurent, Quebec) – Opus Bikes and François Parisien are pleased to have reached a sponsorship agreement by which both partners are confident of benefiting. Recently retired from the ProTour, Parisien approached Opus because they had a relationship dating back to the beginning of his cycling career.
“I’m glad to be back riding with Opus after my time on the pro circuit,” said Parisien. “Opus supported me when I was headed for Europe at the start of my career, when I had little money and felt anxious to leave friends and family. Now it feels good to give back to a company that believed in me from the start.”
A relationship founded on mutual respect and a shared passion for the sport is bound to make waves in the cycling world.
“François is a great addition to the Opus athlete roster as well as a fantastic ambassador for the sport. We’re confident that his contributions will be invaluable as we continue to grow internationally,” said Martin Rancourt, Opus Bikes sports marketing coordinator.

In just a few seconds of watching this video I can tell the art and science of bike set up and proper training is wanting. Poor Canadians.
