November 9, 2010 – Fox Head, Inc. announces the opening of a Fox-owned Canadian subsidiary in June 2011. Fox Canada will be headquartered in Calgary, Alberta, and the business will be responsible for all sales, distribution, marketing, and customer support for the Fox, Shift, and PodMX brands in the Canadian market.

Fox and Aurora Action Sports, the longtime exclusive distributor of Fox in Canada, have put in place a fully co-operative arrangement whereby both companies are working closely together to ensure a smooth transition. Further information will be forthcoming later in the year.
