April 1, 2007 (London, ON) – ‘A’ Teams: action picked up right were it left off on Friday night. Team Brantford’s Eric Robertson launched an early attack to gain a lap in the madison. They were finally brought back into the fold and off went Team Stratford who were successful and maintained their 1-lap lead for the duration of the night. The final double-point sprint was marred by a crash in the final lap involving Team Brantford’s Ryan Crawford and Eric Robertson and Team Burlington’s Garnett Abbey.
‘B’ Teams
Team Tri-City regained the overall lead by one point in that divisions seesaw battle. Team Niagara attacked and were within 10 feet of the pack and gaining their lap when the pack started accelerating and managed to get away and fight back to the leader. The standings are so close that any of the teams can still win the overall title depending on tomorrows final day race.
Day Six starts at 1pm on Sunday.
