December 12, 2006 — The 2nd Annual 800-Lap Fundraiser will be held at the Forest City Velodrome on Friday, January 9, 2007. All proceeds will be donated to the Forest City Velodrome Velokids Program and the MS Society.

– $50 Minimum Pledges or $50 Entry fee

– 40 rider maximum
– Sign in and prep time starts at 6pm
– Riding starts 7pm ending after just over 3 hours of riding
– Pace will start around 28-30km/hr & slowly increase to a steady 35km/hr
– Average speed is hoped to be 34km/hour
– Riders can leave the track when they need to but the goal is for the group to do 800 laps
