October 17, 2006 – The Forest City Velodrome in London Ontario is pleased to announce the teams for the up coming Six Day Bike race which begins on Friday night at 7pm.  The team line up is a good mix of youth & experience.  Three juniors will be taking part in the first 6-Day of the winter season.

Also the FCV is pleased to announce the first woman to take part in a 6-Day in Canada.  Maogosha Pyjor will team with talented espoir, Adam Thuss, for the event.  Pyjor was very excited to find out her application was accepted into the ultimate in endurance races.

Racing begins Friday, October 20, at 7pm, and contiues on Saturday at 7pm.  Sunday’s matinee begins at 2pm with a Tribute for Joe DeMaeyer who passed away recently.
