October 06, 2012 (Montreal, QC) – Felt Bicycles LLC based in Irvine, California and SPASO Sports, Inc. of Montréal, QC, Canada have recently signed a multi-year contractual agreement naming SPASO Sports as Felt’s exclusive sales and marketing agency for Canada. SPASO Sports, owned by Bruno Warnotte and Carol Adams, has been the sole Importer-Distributor of Felt Bicycles for Canada since 2004.

The newly formed company, Felt Canada, a division of Felt Bicycles, will be responsible for importation into Canada, while Spaso Sports will focus on the sales and marketing management across the country, as well as customer service, warehousing and distribution of Canadian stock.
