Indoor Cycling has Started
Our 05/06 indoor season has officially started. The schedule is available online along with a list of instructors. There is bike and trainer storage available for all season’s pass holders. Your first class as a new rider is FREE so come in and try it out.

This four session hands-on clinic will give you the chance to take apart, clean and rebuild a bike with instruction and guidance from our very own Head Mechanic, Warren.
