Service Rental Technician
Hardwood Hills is looking for a self-directed, motivated individual to be a member of our mountain bike and cross country ski rental program and service team.
The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 2 years experience in the bike repair industry and be skilled at repairing all types of mountain bikes. The candidate will also be familiar with cross country skis, (waxing,
bindings, base preparation and repair). We are willing to train the right person if they do not have all the necessary cross country background but an alpine service background would be useful as a platform from which to train.
The successful applicant must be willing to assist with general resort operations including outdoor maintenance, special events and other tasks as assigned. This position requires working on weekends and statutory holidays.
This is an hourly full time seasonal position starting immediately. Salary will be based on experience. We offer a great job in an exceptional outdoor environment providing a healthy and fun lifestyle.

Cafeteria Staff
Hardwood Hills is looking for a self-directed, motivated individual to be a member of our Cafeteria Staff.
The ideal candidate will have experience in the food service industry (short order, cash sales and food preparation). We are willing to train the right person if they do not have all the skills.

Hardwood Hills is one Canada’s premier cross country ski and mountain bike centres. A busy year round operation, Hardwood Hills offers a unique, work environment.
An ideal position for sport or recreation administration and tourism management graduates, this position handles all group and individual lesson bookings, race entries, general inquiries, membership files, customer service and serves customers in the retail area. The preferred candidate is unflappable under pressure, detail oriented, has good keyboard skills, cash experience, a strong background in computer application, spreadsheets, a good telephone manner and a customer service focus.
The position is full time year round and involves 35-40 hours per week.
Weekends are mandatory. Start Date: September 2005. Salary commensurate
with experience
