July 10, 2009 – The Canadian Cycling Association is pleased to announce the athletes who will represent Canada at UCI stage races this month in France. The Tour de Bretagne UCI 2.2 will run from July 16-19, and will be followed by the Tour du Limousin, UCI 2.2 from July 22-26.
This project is part of the development road program of the CCA. Canada is bringing a very strong group of promising athletes. The goal is to expose them to the European racing scene to become better riders and to progress to the next level.
