June 06, 2013 (Lachine, QC) – Over the past two weeks, Jordan Brochu has taken his place in the Quebec peloton! He lined up six podiums during his last three events! The most recent was on Tuesday night as he took third place in the first stage of the Mardis Cyclistes series in Lachine. Other podiums were collected in Baie St-Paul (second on the road, the third in the criterium ending up third in the General Classification) as well as selections for the Canada Games (road win and second in the points race). This last performance allowed him to be selected for the Canada Games.
This week begins the Nations Cup and it’s a good bet that Brochu will want to demonstrate his expertise at this prestigious competition! ”I just want to reiterate that these recent results are because of teamwork. The guys work hard when necessary for me and I want to thank them,” commented Brochu when asked about his results.
