Ekoï.com/Gaspesien On the Podium at Gatineau Masculin RR – Full Results

release by Ekoï.com/Gaspesien Pro Cycling Team
May 22, 2012 (Quebec) – Ekoï.com/Gaspesien riders were on the move this weekend in Quebec. The first race was at the Grand Prix Cycliste Gatineau Masculin (FQSC) Men’s Sr 1-2 Road Race, 102km, on Saturday. The race was very fast and Bruno Langlois (Garneau-Quebecor) demonstrated that he was very strong with a solo break to take the win – nobody could catch him! Ekoï.com/Gaspesien’s Jordan Brochu finished second ahead of Mark Langlands (Garneau-Quebecor) who was third on the podium.

On Sunday in Laprairie, the team tried to work for Emile Jean who was second at the ”Coupe de la Montérégie”. The team worked hard for him but the plan did not work well and Pierrick Naud was the best-placed Ekoï rider with a 7th place finish.

Next race up is the eQuinelle Grand Prix on May 26, in Kemptville Ontario
