July 5, 2010 (Brussels, Belgium) – Legendary five-time Tour de France winner Eddy Merckx was recently honoured for his achievements by Belgium’s King Albert II. Merckx, who recently turned 65, won the Tour de France in 1969, 1970, 1971, 1972, and 1974. He is widely considered the greatest cyclist of all time.
