May 28, 2008 – Hello all! I just got home to wash up after the team Don Valley clean up event and then I’m heading back outside on this beautiful Saturday afternoon.

I just wanted to say thank you to everyone who showed up today. We collected well over 40 bags of garbage, 16 car tires, a vacume cleaner, piston head, 2 shopping carts and a pile of other fun junk.

It was a lot of fun and great to see so many people out, including alumni from both UofT and Queen’s !

Other highlight – Hell froze over: Yes its true, Tara Nichols (Recent Alumni) showed up with a new bike! After racing on a rigid steel bike for 6 years she now has a beautiful red Giant. Tara, we’ll miss seeing you on the old tank, but man are you going to love the new ride.
