Dick Pound Seeks to be Prez of Court of Arbitration

March 21, 2007 – Canada’s Dick Pound is set to step down as the chief of the World Anti-Doping Agency (WADA) in November, and may be stepping into a new role at the IOC. Pound has announced that he is a candidate to become the president of the Court of Arbitration for Sport, according to Associated Press. Pound said that, “the Court of Arbitration position would be a natural fit” after seven years as the head of WADA.
