July 19, 2004 – Important Camping and Build day info for July 31/Aug 1 DH/Dual weekend:

1. There will be camping for Saturday night (July 31st) at Hardwood Hills for $5 per campsite, anyone can head over after the Horseshoe DH and practice the dual course until 6pm, after that the course will be closed

2. We will be building at Hardwood on July 29th, this is a Thursday and we will have a bobcat for the day, anyone who wants to come helps out for the day will receive a discount off their Dual entry fee and free camping saturday night.

3. There will be a build day at horseshoe the following day July 30th to get the track back in shape for the DH race, anyone who wants help out for the day will receive a discount off their DH entry fee and free camping saturday night.

4. If you have never raced a Dual this is the best way to do it, don’t worry if you only have a DH bike you will do just fine; the course has a good grade and can be ridden on anything from a DH bike to a hardtail, everyone will do a seeding run. This seeding run is what will count towards you OCUP points as it will be the timed run, medals will be given for the timed runs. The actual Dual race will be for prizes. Can’t wait to see everyone out!
