April 10, 2013 (Belgium) – Peter Sagan (Svk) Cannondale Pro Cycling topped the podium at the 200km De Brabantse Pijl-La Flèche Brabançonne, from Leuven to Overijse, besting former winner here, Philippe Gilbert (Bel) BMC Racing Team at the line. Taking third was Bjorn Leukemans (Bel) Vacansoleil-DCM Pro Cycling Team. The top Canuck was Francois Parisien (Team Argos-Shimano) in 25th.
