December 15 – British star David Millar will officially make a return to pro cycling next summer, riding with the Saunier-Duval squad. The Spanish team – home to Quebec’s Charles Dionne and Poland’s Peter Mazur – announced the new signing today.

Millar is set to return to cycling after a current suspension for admission of usage of the banned drug EPO expires next June.
