October 18, 2006 – We need 10 bikers to join us at the Angus Glen Half Marathon on Sunday, November 5th. The event features a 21K and 10K route (mostly duplicate) along the country roads of Markham/Unionville. Your role will be to ride an assigned section, watching to make sure no cars have entered the route and helping call for help if needed. No first aid is required, we will have plenty of medical and trauma staff on hand for that.

As this is a charitable event, we are not providing cash but all bikers will receive a full buffet lunch with the participants and a Nike dri-fit shirt. Please email Race Director Sara Sterling at sterlingcommunications@rogers.com to submit your name. Please include your shirt size.

All funds raised at the AGHM will go towards Emergency and Mental Health Services at Markham Stouffville Hospital.
