July 28, 2004 – Peter Penman, whom many mature Ontario riders will remember from the QCBC days, is now living in Cuba and working with some of the local cyclists. He’s back in Oakville for a few days visiting relatives. One of the Cuban riders’ big needs is for cycling shoes.
