January 19, 2010 (Vancouver, BC) – Cycling BC is seeking to hire mountain bike instructors to teach “Lear to Ride Mountain Bike” courses, starting in April. Cycling BC is also offering NCCP Introduction to Competition Courses. Please read on for all of the details.

Learn to Ride MTB Instructors Wanted
Do you enjoy being on your bike, teaching others new skills, and are hard working, enthusiastic, patient and have great people skills with an interest in leading and teaching large groups?

Cycling BC is currently hiring mountain bike instructors from all over the lower mainland to deliver, lead and teach our beginner level “Learn to Ride Mountain Bike” curriculum to youth, adults and women during spring 2010 and beyond. Registration is now open for the following NCCP Introduction to Competition Courses:

– BMX Skills and Tactics (Course Date: January 31, Registration Closes: January 29, Location: Abbotsford)
– Part A – Training Basics (Course Date: February 27 & 28, Registration Closes: February 22, Location: Richmond)
– Mountain Bike Skills and Tactics (Course Date: March 20, Registration Closes: March 15, Location: Lower Mainland)
– Road Skills and Tactics (Course Date: March 21, Registration Closes: March 15, Location: Lower Mainland)
