Agenda:

Date Setting Session: 9:30 am to Noon
-Goal: Build the 2006 BC Mountain Bike Event Calendar
-2006 BC Cup Organizers are required to attend
-All other event organizers are welcome

Lunch: Noon — 1:00 pm

Organizers’ Forum: 1:00 pm — 4:00 pm
-Goal 1: To discuss the future of the BC Cup Series and Provincial Racing in BC
-Goal 2: To discuss event timing and race management of 2006 MTB events
-All organizers welcome
-Be prepared to discuss the 2005 season and your opinions on how provincial MTB racing in BC should evolve in 2006, 2007 and beyond
