January 19, 2008 – As Cycle4MS enters its third year, the goals remain to promote the sport of cycling and raise funds and awareness for the MS Society. In the team’s second year, we donated a GoGo Scooter from Pride Mobility and over $2000 to the MS Society. The team was also a Silver Sponsor ($1000) for the MS Society Halton Chapter’s Annual Golf Tournament. Funds were raised by through the team’s events. The team organized the 800 Lap for MS at the Forest City Velodrome, The Second Annual Cycle4MS Halton Hilly 100, End Of Season Club Criterium Series and it’s annual End Of Year Social and Fundraiser. For 2008, the team will build on these events and hope to provide the MS Society with even more funds and awareness.

We would like to thank Pepsi/Pepsi Access for their support during our first two years of running our team. With out their support we would not have been able to reach our goals. However, we are excited to welcome new supporters/sponsors for 2008. Snickers (Mars Canada Ltd.), Blackwood Miller Ltd, TI-Mars Electrical Ltd, Godwell Hair Products and KMS California Hair Products have joined forces with Cycle4MS and are excited to be part of our efforts.
