September 12, 2012 (Las Vegas, NV) – CrossVegas, the biggest cross race outside of Europe, announced plans for the live webcast of the annual race on Wednesday September 19 from 8:00 – 11:00 pm Pacific Time.  Cross fans who can’t make the trip to Las Vegas can now enjoy start to finish live coverage of the UCI Elite Women and UCI Elite Men’s races commercial free. The program will be directed by six-time Emmy award winning producer/director Kent Gordis.  The commentary team will be lead by Dave Towle, the voice of American bicycle racing.  Joining Towle in the booth providing his expert race analysis will be Brian Holcombe, editor of VeloNews.com.  Rounding out the team will be the man who literally “wrote the book” on cyclocross, Simon Burney.  Burney has a deep history in international cyclocross and will be providing his views from “out on the course.”

Clif Bar CrossVegas takes place Wednesday evening September 19th following the first day of Interbike.  The race is organized by Watts Marketing Inc. of Longmont Colo. and has become a fixture on the U.S. cyclocross calendar attracting 10,000 spectators to Desert Breeze Soccer Complex in Las Vegas.
