Cross on the Rock Series Race #4: Coal Cross in Cumberland – Results and Series Points

November 2, 2008 – Here are the overall series standings and results from Saturday’s Coal Cross in Cumberland, race #4 of the Cross on the Rock Series organized Multi-Sport Promotion in partnership with the following cycling clubs: VICC, Experience Cycling Club, UROC, Arrowsmith MTB Club and IRC. Series Points Rules
– Points will be given out in to all participants in each category with the exception of beginners.
– If you move up from intermediate or masters to expert during the year you will retain 50% of your points.
– Because we have 6 events this year for the first time we will have a throw away for your worst result/missed event.
– Meaning if you do 6 events only 5 will score. If you do 5 events”¦.5 score.
– For points distribution please check the race guide
– The last event is double points.
– In the event of a tie at the end of the series then the highest points at the last race will determine winner/higher placing.
Rule Change: Series Points is used to determine the start order for the top 20 in each category.

Series prizes will be presented at the last event at Beban Park provided by Crankbrothers!
