February 16,  2004 – Cove Bikes along with Cycling BC present the Cove Bikercross Series starting in April. The series will run every Wednesday for the duration of the summer. The objective is to provide coaching and racing in the heart of The North Shore-an area synonymous with world-renowned riders and terrain.

The series is part of an established track racing history here on the North Shore.  The races will cater to riders of all levels so every one from kids to adults can learn to jump and ride in a safe and secure environment.

Cove Bikercross @ Grouse will operate under the same rules and guidelines as the SISU BC Cup 4X series. There will be 20 individual events with categories divided by age, gender and ability to ensure rider participation at all levels.

Learn-to-race clinics featuring some of the fastest names in the business will be held for registered riders every Tuesday evening.

Prizing will be awarded by way of draw and other non-competitive means. Sponsors include; Cove Bikes, Cycling BC and Nokian Tyres.
