April 29, 2008 РV̩lo NB invites mountain bikers of all ages to participate in a free mountain biking introduction session. Stations will run Wednesday, April 30th 2008 from 5pm to 8pm at St-Anselme Rotary Park and feel free to drop in anytime. There will be a series of stations exploring different topics related to mountain biking.

Stations will explore the following:
– Introduction to the trails and tips for riding single track sections as well as the wider parts of the trail;
– Bike check –We will give a few tips and advice to make sure the bike is ready to race;
– Helmet check and fitting;
– Programs and events available through the Atlantic Cycling Centre in Dieppe and throughout the province of NB;
– What to wear.

Helmets are mandatory.
