April 10, 2013 (Mers-les-Bains, France) – Caleb Ewan (Australia) won the 28th edition of the 172.2 Côte Picarde, round #2 of the Coupe des Nations Espoirs, from Quend-Plage-les-Pins to Mers-les-Bains. Sean De Bie (Belgium) came second in the finishing sprint with Simon Yates (Great Britain) third. The Canadian U23 champ, Antoine Duchesne, was the top finisher for Team Canada in 27th at 22 seconds behind.
