November 5, 2008 – Michel Leblanc, the former National Cycling Team Coach who now works for the COC, and his partner Isabelle have announced the birth of their son, Tommy, on October 10. The baby boy weighed in at 5.3lbs. Mother, baby and Dad are doing well. Congratulations!
