April 27, 2013 (Hamilton, ON) – Watch a short video clip and hear excerpts from Olympian Clara Hughes’ talk to a crowd of over 1,000 people at Mohawk College’s McIntyre Theatre on “Inspired and Connected Performance: The transformative power of sport and how it changed my life” on cbc.ca. Hughes is the only person to win multiple medals in both Summer and Winter Olympics. A special presentation is taking place on April 27, Clara’s Climb Plaque Dedication Ceremony, at Sydenham Hill in Dundas, ON from 11:00 am to 12:00 pm.
