June 29, 2004 – The Navigators Insurance Cycling Team is proud to announce
the selection of Ciaran Power to the 2004 U.S. Olympic Team. Power will be
representing his home country of Ireland this August in the Road Race
event. Power will be making his second Olympic appearance having raced in
Sydney, Australia in 2000. Most recently, Ciaran won stage 5b of the 2004
G.P. Cycliste de Beauce in Quebec, Canada, a difficult six day stage race.

Power (28) has been a member of the Navigators Insurance Cycling Team since 2002 and makes his home in Waterford, Ireland, as well as in Denville, New Jersey (USA), while racing on the North American circuit.
