March 6, 2009 – Following the Canadian Cycling Association (CCA) presentations made to our funding body, Own The Podium, the CCA has received a budget increase of more than fifty percent. For the sport of road cycling, this increase is reflected primarily by a substantial investment in the women’s road team.
