February 23, 2004 – Please be advised that a Continental Cycling Technical Coaching Course of the Pan American Olympic Solidarity Program will be held from May 10-19, 2004 in Uruguay. The Canadian Cycling Association has the privilege to send one representative coach for this course.

All Level 3 coaches interested in attending this course must provid their name, a short resume, and a recommendation from their Provincial Cycling Association to the CCA, prior to March 8, 2004. The CCA will forward the Canadian Olympic Committee official application to the selected representative.
