May 12, 2003 – The CCA Officials Committee is pleased to announce that four National level commissaire courses will be delivered in 2003. Course details and registration forms will be circulated to the Provincial / Territorial Associations and CCA affiliated cycling centres.
Candidates must meet the eligibility requirements contained in the Appendix section of the CCA rulebook, and must have the endorsement of the Provincial /Territorial Association, in order to attend. A minimum of six candidates are required for the course to proceed. Candidates are responsible for all related expenses.
