Canucks Swarm Podium at Bonelli Park US Cup XCO #1 – Woods Wins, Johnston 2nd, Disera 2nd, Gagne 3rd

March 16, 2019 (Bonelli Park, California) – Carter Woods (Ind) from B.C. led the charge for Canada winning the 5-lap Junior men’s race at the Bonelli Park US Cup XCO #1 while Emilly Johnston (Pendrel Racing) finished second in the Junior women’s race.

Peter Disera (Norco Factory Team) was the top Canadian in the Pro Men’s 7-lap race landing second on the podium with Raphael Gagne (Ind) third and Leandre Bouchard (Pivot Cycles – OTE) 4th. Haley Smith (Norco Factory Team) was the top Canuck in 10th in the Pro Women’s 6-lap competition.
