December 20, 2010 (Ottawa, ON) – The Canadian Cycling Association & Canadian Sports Centre Ontario will be conducting a National Team road training camp in Seneca, South Carolina February 17-27, 2011 for second year junior, U23 and Elite female endurance athletes for road, track and mountain bike.

Athletes interested in participating should contact Matthew Knight, road coordinator for the CCA, prior to Thursday December 23, 2010.

The training camp will aim to increase the aerobic base and lactic threshold, receive education by the Integrated Support Team, partake in team building activities, and learn about recovery and regeneration strategies just to name a few.
