May 30, 2018 (Cheonan, Korea) – Canada’s Benjamin Perry (Israel Cycling Academy) finished second on Stage 1 from Gunsan to Cheonan, 184.6 km, after being in an early break with fellow Canuck, Alexander Cataford (UnitedHealthcare Pro Cycling Team).

Cataford took home the KOM Jersey for his efforts. The podium finish is Perry’s best result this season as the 5-stage Tour de Korea runs from May 30 to June 3.
