April 19, 2004 – The CCA BMX Canada Cup Series rides through to Ridge Meadows BMX Track on June 4-6, 2004 for races #3 & #4. BMX'ers from around the world will stampede to this weekend for series points and UCI Continental Points awarded to Pro-Elite Riders on Canada Cup #4. The race also serves as a CCA National Junior Team Selection race; one male and one female junior will be selected from this race to represent Canada at the 2004 BMX World Championships in Holland.

Canada Cup #3 & #4 (a.k.a. Blazing Saddles) take off with a Friday night pre-race, racing mid-day Saturday, and early on Sunday. To follow the “Western” theme, a delicious barbecue will follow the race on Saturday.

Changes are being made to the Ridge Meadows BMX Track to create a new and thrilling ride. Ridge Meadows BMX has gate practice on Mondays, district racing on Tuesdays, and coaching on Wednesdays if you'd like some extra practice!
