May 10, 2007 – The Midweek Mayhem is a long-running Calgary cycling tradition. A summer-long series of crit races held every Tuesday night at the University of Calgary Research Park, plus a new Fall cyclocross series started in 2006. Mayhem is designed to provide experienced racers a chance to get in a hard workout and hone racing skills, as well as to provide rookie/novice racers a safe and challenging environment in which they can learn more about the sport.
