October 3, 2007 – Here are the results from the Calgary Crankmasters 20km time trial held on Sunday, Sept. 30, at Hwy 22 @ Range Road 28 (Indus). No age categories are listed however we had a wide variation from Christa @ 28 to Danny @ 73. For those who missed it, it was a nice sunny 10 Celsius with a light breeze from the west.

We had a small intervention in the form of the Langdon fire dept. and others doing a highway litter clean up in the middle of the course but they weren’t a problem. Traffic was heavy though and did slow the turn around for a couple of riders, Jim Janzen in particular.

I’d like to thank those who attended, especially the volunteers, Chris Stutz and Marni, (Chris correct me if I have her name wrong) and Grant Gilbert. We had a much smaller turn out in comparison to the two races in the spring when over 50 riders showed up – but still good!
