September 14, 2004 – It has been pointed out to me that there is a certain
World Cup Hockey Game Gold Medal Final (Canada vs Finland) that happens at
roughly the same time as the Burnaby Velodrome Club AGM.

We hope that by 7:00 PM tomorrow night, it will be in the bag for Team
Canada (4:00 PM PST start time), but rest assured that there are TV’s at
Burnaby 8-Rinks (and a BAR WITH DRINKS AND FOOD), and if it’s in overtime
we’ll have it on…
