October 3, 2006 – Pedal has learned that the CCA will apply for compensation for Brandon Crichton’s damaged bike, following an accident whereby a UCI official car that tried to force its way through the peloton hit Crichton during the elite men’s road race on Sept. 24 at the Salzburg 2006 Road Worlds.
