August 7, 2008 – Here’s some important information concerning the Brampton criterium scheduled for Sunday, August 10. The current pre-registration for the senior 1-2 race in not high enough to run the race. If we do not have at least 15 riders registered by 12:00 noon Friday, the senior 1-2 race will be cancelled. Those that are registered will be allowed to ride in the M1 race, but it will start at the scheduled time of 12:00 noon. Senior 1-2 riders should be prepared to race at 12:00.

Riders in other races should be aware of the following: M1 are allowed to ride in the S1-2 race in addition to their own. Also, for this race only, junior men and elite women who wish to ride in the S-1-2 race may do so. The additional fee for riding 2 races is $15. Pre-register before 12:00 noon Friday. The second race option can be added through the OCA’s on-line registration system.
